本工作室所有項目均採「項目化明碼實價」獨立計費，並可開具蓋有本工作室印章、符合香港政府及津貼學校財務審批格式之正式報價單（Official Quotation）。我們的服務項目完全對接並適用於以下校方專項資助申請：
All programs are independently invoiced with transparent, line-item pricing. We provide Official Quotations stamped by our studio that fully comply with HK Government and subsidy school financial audit formats. Our services align perfectly with the following special school grants:

正式報價 (Official Quotation)：如校方需要正式報價單呈交校方預算審批，請先聯絡我們確認「所需樂器數量」及「預期服務項目」，我們將在 1-2 個工作天內開出正式文件。
If the school requires an Official Quotation for budgetary approval, please contact us to confirm the required quantity of instruments and selected service items. Official documents will be issued within 1–2 working days.
行政中立 (Administrative Neutrality)：本工作室僅作為專業樂器供應商及師資外判機構，不參與、不負責、亦不協助學校撰寫任何政府撥款申請書或報告。
Our studio operates strictly as a professional instrument supplier and external faculty provider. We do not participate in, take responsibility for, or assist schools with writing government grant applications or project reports.
獨立計費 (Independent Pricing)：本工作室所有項目明碼實價，不設任何形式之交叉補貼、免費諮詢、免費體驗或到校試彈服務。
All items are explicitly priced on a line-item basis. We do not offer cross-subsidies, free consultations, free trial sessions, or complimentary school visits.
