租賃條款與注意事項 | Terms & Conditions
1. 押金（按金）說明 | Security Deposit
- 繳付要求：租借須支付一次性押金，金額按型號而定。
- 退還保障：租約期滿並歸還樂器時，經檢查結構完好且無人為損壞，押金將全額原路退回。
- A one-time security deposit is required. It is fully refundable upon the safe return of the instrument in its original condition.
2. 嚴禁轉租及第三方用途 | Anti-Subleasing & Third-Party Policy
- 嚴禁轉讓：租借樂器僅供登記學員本人練習。嚴禁私自轉租、轉借或提供予第三方使用。
- 禁止商業教學：嚴禁利用本工作室樂器進行任何形式的第三方教學、牟利或商業活動。
- Instruments are for the registered student’s personal practice only. Sub-leasing or use by third-party instructors for commercial teaching is strictly prohibited.
3. 違約懲罰 | Penalties for Breach
若發現任何違反上述「轉租或第三方用途」之行為，本工作室將執行以下措施：
- 即時終止租約：無需預先通知，立即收回樂器，且不退還剩餘租金。
- 沒收全數押金：押金將作為違約賠償金被全數沒收。
- 追究損失：保留按市場教學費用三倍追討商業損失之權利。
- Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the lease, forfeiture of the full security deposit, and potential legal action for commercial damages.
4. 維護責任 | Maintenance
- 學員須妥善保管樂器，避免受潮、暴曬或碰撞。如損壞嚴重，維修費將從押金中扣除。
- Students are responsible for instrument care. Repair costs for damage will be deducted from the deposit.
租賃申請流程 | Application Process
Step 1：專業諮詢與選琴 | Professional Consultation 向任課老師表達租借意向。導師會根據學員的學習進度與居家練習環境，建議最合適的型號。 Speak with your instructor about your interest. We will recommend the best model based on your learning progress and home environment.
Step 2：合約簽署與身份確認 | Agreement & ID Verification 確認租賃細則，簽署正式租賃合約。學員須提供有效身份證明文件以登記學員專屬名額。 Review the terms and sign the formal lease agreement. Students must provide identification for exclusive member registration.
Step 3：繳付費用與按金 | Payment & Security Deposit 繳付首月租金及相關按金（押金）。我們接受轉數快 (FPS)、銀行轉帳或現金。 Settle the first month’s rent and the security deposit. Payments can be made via FPS, bank transfer, or cash.
Step 4：預約領取或送遞 | Collection or Delivery 預約親臨工作室領取，或由工作室安排專業樂器物流送遞至府上（運費由租借者承擔）。 Schedule a pickup at our studio or arrange for professional instrument delivery (delivery fees apply).
